What is going on at your house?

Tap the one that sounds like you. Straight answers, no sales pitch.

One breaker tripping over and over usually means one overloaded circuit, a failing breaker, or a fault somewhere on that run. All of them tripping, or the main going, points at the panel itself. We test rather than guess, then fix the actual cause.

Does your panel have room for what you are adding?

Most of the 1990s and 2000s houses in Avon, Plainfield and Brownsburg were built with 150 or 200 amp panels and gas heat. Add an EV charger, a hot tub and an electric range and the math changes. Pick your panel, check the big loads you have or want, and see roughly how full it gets.

Finished square footage

About 108 amps of calculated load200 A panel

Room to spare.

A 2,000 square foot house with an EV charger, electric range, dryer and central air works out to roughly 108 amps of calculated load on a 200 amp service. If breakers still trip, the problem is one overloaded circuit, not the panel. That is a repair call.

A simplified version of the standard residential load calculation (the NEC 220.82 optional method): 3 watts per square foot plus kitchen and laundry circuits, the appliances you checked, the larger of heating or cooling, with the demand factors applied. It is a gauge, not a permit drawing; we do the real calculation on site before recommending anything.

Reliability, communication, integrity, quality work.

Four words Josh built our company on. Here is what each one looks like on a job.

Reliability

The phone is answered 24 hours a day and the appointment happens when we said it would. Same-day visits inside Hendricks County are the norm, not the exception.

Great communication

You get told what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and what it will cost before any work starts. If there is a cheaper way that is still safe, you hear about it.

Integrity

An honest recommendation of what actually needs done, not a list padded for the invoice. Licensed, insured and bonded, with a BBB A+ rating to show for it.

Quality work

Journeyman training through IBEW Local 481 and 15+ years in the trade. Circuits are labeled, boxes are tidy, and the inspector signs off the first time.

How a job goes, first call to final walkthrough

Call or send the form

Describe the problem or the project. Emergencies get a live answer any hour; everything else gets a same-day callback to set a time.

We look before we quote

The panel, the run, the load. You get a straight price and a plain-English explanation of what the work involves and why.

Permitted, inspected, done right

We pull the permit where one is required, do the work to current code, and meet the inspector. Circuits get labeled before we leave.

Clean up and warranty

Drop cloths down, trash out, and our labor and parts are warrantied, typically one to five years depending on the job.

Questions we answer on almost every call

Yes. All labor and parts we provide are covered by a warranty. The exact term depends on the service and the parts used, and typically runs from one to five years. You get it in writing with the invoice.

Exposed or arcing wires, smoke or a burning smell from an outlet, panel or device, a sudden loss of power to the house, or any situation with a shock risk. Call us right away. If there is fire or a life-threatening situation, call 911 first, then us.

Yes. Smart thermostats, smart switches and dimmers, video doorbells, security systems and lighting that runs from a phone app or a voice assistant. We wire them properly, including the neutral many smart switches need, and get them talking to your network before we leave.

It depends on the house, so we quote after a look rather than guessing over the phone. The big price drivers are the panel's size and location, whether the utility service and meter base need work, how far the new circuit runs, and whether any permits or utility coordination are involved. The look and the quote come before any work starts.

Yes. We are licensed, insured and bonded, and accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Our journeyman training came through IBEW Local 481. We pull permits where the town requires them and meet the inspector ourselves.

Yes. The service area covers ten counties: Hendricks, Boone, Marion, Morgan, Putnam, Montgomery, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson and Shelby. Avon, Danville, Plainfield and Brownsburg are home turf; Mooresville and Zionsville are regular stops.
